Ground Transportation

Group ground transportation is being arranged for the Meet Ecuador Supplier Delegates traveling on the same flights.  The group should consist of a minimum of 25 delegates.  If the number of passengers is lower than 25 the cost will be based on the actual number of passengers booking the transportation.

The ESTIMATED cost for 25 passengers is $175 per person for the below transfers. We have hired buses so we will need your confirmation as soon as possible.

Please advise us no later than October 15, 2010 if you will require this transportation.  After this date, space cannot be guaranteed.

October 23 or group arrival date	Arrival transportation to Minneapolis Hotels is NOT included as part of the transportation package, however if traveling with a group of 10 people or more shuttle service can be arranged according to the groups flight arrival date and time. The cost will be added to your ground transportation fee if you have signed up for the Meet Ecuador Cities ground transportation.

The hotel will provide shuttle service for all delegates. The hotel will be provided the time of our arrival and arrange for the shuttle buses to pick our group up at the airport. Only shuttle services are operated within this airport.

October 28 & 29	Departure transfer is not included as part of the ground transportation package. Ground transportation from the Hyatt Regency Irvine can be arranged through the hotel when you book your room - c0mplimentary shuttle service is available by the hotel.
