Ground Transportation

Group ground transportation can be arranged for the Meet Ecuador Delegates.  The group should consist of a minimum of 30 delegates.  If the number of passengers is lower than 30 the cost will be based on the actual number of passengers booking the transportation.

The estimated cost for 30 passengers is $175.00 per person for all five cities  - that includes 10 transfers. Prior to hiring the buses we will do a delegate count so that there will be an actual cost presented to the delegates that are wanting to book transportation.

The deadline to confirm your "seat" is April 11, 2008 to allow time to reserve buses in each city.
