Please come and join a
special group of Ecuador Suppliers in May 2008 who will be "on the road"
to "Show & Tell" the four (4) regions/products of Ecuador to
qualified Retail Travel Agents.
The
Quito Visitors Bureau (Corporacion Metropolitana
de Turismo de Quito - CMT) and William H. Coleman, Inc. are working together to identify and invite
professional Travel Agents who will be paying a Registration fee to attend half
day seminars featuring an exclusive "strictly business" format
that includes:
• 08:00: A Welcome Breakfast
• 09:00: Destination Presentations
featuring all four (4) Ecuador regions/destinations
• 10:40: Pre-Scheduled Table-Top
meetings between Suppliers & Tour Operators
• 12:45: Lunch – fun & prizes!
Francisco “Pancho” Dousdebes’ Presentations on all four (4)
regions/destinations will make Ecuador “come alive” for these Travel
Agents.
They will go back to their offices with detailed information about
the Amazon, Andes, Pacific Coast and Galapagos regions.

Table-Top meetings are pre-scheduled to make sure you can review your
specific products, promotions, and “how to book” information with all
of these interested and motivated Travel Agents. A small group of carefully qualified and selected USA/Canada Tour
Operator Partners will also have Table-Tops during these sessions to
promote their specific products! Please Note:
This is strictly an educational event. Suppliers bring their
promotional material with “NO” pricing.
Please keep in mind that Meet Ecuador will
promote the four (4) regions/destinations of Ecuador. It is not a
"Buying-Selling-Contracting Event." Please DO NOT REGISTER if
you intend to negotiate dates, rates, and packages with North
America Tour Operator Buyer decision makers.
Meet Ecuador sessions are being held in unique venues instead of
hotels or conference centers to increase qualified Travel Agent
attendance, and to make the entire experience enjoyable, exciting, and
productive.
This will be an effective and efficient way to promote your specific
Ecuador products.
The Supplier Registration Fee for all four (5) cities is just $1,750.
Fees for Suppliers
not attending all 5 cities are One city - $450; Two Cities - $425 per
city; Three Cities - $400 per city; Four Cities - $375 per city and
Five Cities - $350 per city. Each option includes two delegates.
Special “long haul” and domestic USA air fares and hotel rates
will be available for registered Suppliers, and a special ground
transportation rates for airport-hotel/venue-airport transfers will be
provided in selected cities. This information will be provided in
your Confirmation details.
Travel Agent qualifying and registration have already begun.
Travel Agents pay a $15 Registration Fee. Over 300 Travel Agents attended the Meet Ecuador Seminar East
Coast series held in 4 cities in May 2007!
