Can I register more than one agent from the office? Yes, you can register up to 4 Agents from each office. All Agents must submit a copy of their Travel Agent ID to qualify to attend.

Are meals included? Yes, breakfast and lunch is included.

What type of seminar will we have? The seminar will be a one hour presentation covering the four regions of Ecuador: Amazon, Andes, Galapagos, and Pacific Coast, followed by table top meetings with Suppliers.

When and where will the seminars take place? (REFER TO SCHEDULE) Breakfast/Orientation starts at 8am and the seminar will begin at 9am.

• Denver, Colorado - Tuesday, Oct. 26 - Hyatt Regency Tech Center

• Petaluma, California - Wednesday, Oct. 27 - Sheraton Sonoma County

Will you have more seminars, and maybe in our city? This is the current series of Ecuador promotional seminars. We hope to have another series soon and maybe in your area. Please be sure to contact us to be placed on the mailing list for future seminars.

When will we have a chance to meet Ecuador Suppliers? Right after the seminar and a brief coffee break around 10:45am, Agents will have the opportunity to meet the Ecuador Suppliers. The table-top sessions with Suppliers lasts 2 hours.

How are the Travel Agent appointments scheduled? We run a schedule of appointments for each Agent based on the Marketing Profile they submit in the registration. A copy of each Agents schedule of appointments will be available in their on-site package.

Why do I have to pay to attend? We charge a minimal fee of $15 to attend. Please remember that the fee includes breakfast, lunch, presentation, meetings with Suppliers, and parking if there is a fee to park at the venue.

What kind of Suppliers will be there? There will be Hoteliers, Receptive Operators, Airlines, and Tourism Promotion offices from Ecuador. (REFER TO SUPPLIER LIST)

Do I have to pay for Parking? No, if there is a parking fee, we will be paying for it. As we get closer to the event, we will send you more details about this.
