the road” to “Show & Tell” The Four Worlds of Ecuador -
Amazon, Andes, Pacific Coast and Galapagos - to help qualified
Retail Travel Agents make money selling these incredible
destinations.

The Meet Ecuador "strictly business" format
includes a Welcome Breakfast
and Orientation, Destination and Product Presentations on The
Four Worlds of Ecuador, Travel Agent Pre-Scheduled Table-Top
meetings with Suppliers and Tour Operators to learn about specific
products and promotions, and Lunch with Prize Giveaways.
Travel Agent Registration is $15
for one delegate or $20 for
two delegates
(from the same
Agency). All Registered Travel
Agents must provide a copy of their IATAN Identification or other
form of Travel Agent ID (CLIA, TRUE, etc..) in order to qualify to
attend.
The Travel Agent fee includes, breakfast, lunch with prize drawings,
destination and product presentations, pre-scheduled meetings with
Suppliers and Tour Operators, and a CD Directory of all
participants.
Buyer (Tour Operator/Wholesaler)
Registration is $125 per city
including breakfast, lunch, one delegate, a table-top with sign,
chairs, pre-scheduled meetings with Travel Agents, and a CD
Directory of all participants. For Buyers attending more than
one city the fee is $100 per city.
Ecuador Supplier
Registration is $1500 for ALL 4 Cities
including breakfast, lunch, up to two
delegates, a table top with sign, chairs, pre-scheduled meetings
with Travel Agents, and a CD Directory of all participants.
Space is limited to only 20 Suppliers in
each city.
Fees for Suppliers not attending all 5 cities are One City - $450;
Two Cities - $425 per city; Three Cities - $400 per city; Four
Cities - $375 per city; Each option includes two delegates.
HOTEL, AIR, and GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
Ecuador Suppliers and USA/Canada Tour Operators qualify for special
"long haul" and domestic USA air fares and hotel rates. Special
ground transportation rate airport-hotel/venue-airport transfers
will be provided in selected cities. This information will be
