working together to identify and invite professional
Travel Agents who will be paying a Registration fee to attend half
day seminars featuring an exclusive “strictly business”
format including:
Presentations on
The Four World of Ecuador will
make Ecuador “come alive” for these Travel Agents.
They will go back to their offices with detailed information about
the Amazon, Andes, Coastal and Galapagos regions.
Table-Top meetings are
pre-scheduled to make sure you can review your specific products,
promotions, and “how to book” information with all of these
interested and motivated Travel Agents.
Meet Ecuador sessions
are being held in unique venues and carefully selected hotels or conference
centers to increase qualified Travel Agent attendance, and to make
the entire experience enjoyable, exciting, and productive.
This will be an effective and efficient way to promote your specific
Ecuador products.
The Tour Operator
Registration Fees are: 1 City
- $125 per Table Top w/1 delegate; 2 Cities -
$200 w/1 delegate; 3 Cities - $300 w/1
delegate; 4 Cities -
$400 w/1 delegate. Hotel rates and ground
transportation rates airport-hotel/venue-airport transfers will be
available in selected cities for registered Suppliers and Tour
Operators. This information will be provided in your Confirmation
details.
Registered Tour
Operators can also bring members of their Reservation Staff at no
additional cost. (The total number of
Reservations Staff attending may be restricted because of venue
space limitations.)
Travel
Agent qualifying and registration have already begun.
Over 350 Travel Agents attended the highly successful and
valuable "Meet Ecuador" sessions that have taken place for the
last three (3) years, and Travel Agents are now receiving Official Invitations
for this 4th series this Fall.
The number of Tour Operator Partners that can participate will be
limited to only ten (10), so it is important to register NOW!
