of Ecuador Suppliers and USA/Canada Tour Operators were "on the road" to "show and tell"
one of Latin America's most diverse and profitable tourism destinations,
in a unique - and productive - half day working session. The "Meet Ecuador" exclusive William H. Coleman, Inc. "Strictly
Business" format includes a Welcome Breakfast, Destination Presentations
featuring The
Four Worlds of Ecuador, pre-scheduled product sessions
with Suppliers and Tour Operators, and Lunch.
This is the 3rd in
a series of educational/business development seminars/workshops
sponsored by the City of Quito (World Heritage Capital) and
the Ecuadorian Tourism Promotion Board held
each year in unique venues in North America markets. Follow-Up
surveys of past participants reflect a high degree of satisfaction,
and a strong return on investment.
The 2009 “Meet Ecuador” sessions were held in
Nashville, Tennessee, Monday, October 26, at The Gaylord Opryland
Resort in the heart of Nashville; Tuesday,
October 27 in St. Louis, Missouri, at the Millennium Hotel, located
at the famous Gateway Arch; Wednesday, October 28 in Raleigh/Durham,
North Carolina, at the Marriott City Center located in downtown
Raleigh near the Performance Art Center; Thursday, October 29, in
Boston, Massachusetts, at the 100 year-old Harvard Club downtown,
and Friday, October 30, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada at the famous
Fairmont Le Reine Elizabeth Hotel in the heart of Montreal. All
venues are easily accessible by public transportation, and free
parking will be provided for all Travel Agents.
The Destination Presentations feature Francisco “Pancho” Dousdebes,
a talented and popular presenter from Ecuador who has conducted
seminars at major international Events for several years.
The Travel Agent Registration Fees are $15 including Breakfast,
Lunch, all business activities, and complimentary parking.
Attendance is limited to 75 Travel Agents, and participation is
usually “sold out.”
